The Institute for Global Law, Economics and Finance is pleased to announce its end of term lecture by John Taylor on "The Development of New Financial Instruments".
John Taylor will deliver a two part lecture. In the first part he will focus on the development of new financial instruments and in the second part he will share his experience as lawyer, banker, general counsel, founder of a Private Equity fund and consultant. His CV spans across the legal and economic/ finance disciplines and would greatly benefit our students.
The event is moderated by Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal, Chair in Banking and Finance.
Speaker
John Taylor is the former General Counsel of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and, most recently, International Director of a prominent English law firm.
