The second webinar focused on the role of the public sector and on the economic well-being in a crisis environment.

The main findings were that the pandemic has created a new framework of public-private partnerships and that the health crisis triggered by the pandemic has reinforced the role of the State. It is like the role of the drummer of the Rolling Stones, it goes unnoticed, but it sets the pace and the rhythm for public-private collaborations.
